Booking terms & conditions

The full terms covering deposits, balances, cancellation, amendments and our liability.

These terms govern your booking with Emigre Travel. Booking with us confirms your acceptance of these terms.

1. Booking and deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £200 per person secures your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure.

2. Pricing and quotes

All prices are per person, based on shared occupancy. Prices are subject to availability and may change until your deposit is paid. Once your deposit is paid, your price is fixed except for tax changes mandated by Saudi authorities.

3. Amendments

Free amendments are available up to 14 days before departure, subject to airline and hotel rules. After this point, change fees may apply.

4. Cancellation

More than 56 days before departure: deposit only
43–56 days: 30% of total cost
29–42 days: 60% of total cost
15–28 days: 90% of total cost
0–14 days: 100% of total cost

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation for medical and other reasons.

5. Documents and visa

You are responsible for providing accurate passport details and supporting documents. Errors that delay or invalidate your visa are not our responsibility.

6. Complaints

If something goes wrong during your trip, please tell us immediately so we can fix it. If you remain dissatisfied, complain in writing to us within 28 days of returning.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
